James Shields has pitched in both the 2008 and 2014 World Series and has been an All-Star, finished third in the Cy Young voting and, in this era of starting pitchers only going six innings, completed 11 games in one season and was nicknamed ‘Complete Games James.’ He came on to chat about his career, coming back from arm surgery, and how he uses cryotherapy to help with recovery and is now actually opening his own facility – cryoshieldtherapy.com – in San Diego.
