Amy Dixon is a wine expert who has been blind since the age of 22 and has only been into triathlon for the past few years. Susanne Davis became a professional triathlete way back in the 1990’s and her goal was to be in the first ever Olympic Triathlon back in 2000. They have now teamed up to try and qualify for the U.S. Paratriathlon team that will be racing this fall in Rio.
