In his first Paralympics in London in 2012, Patrick Blake Leeper took home a bronze and a silver medal in the 200 and 400 respectively. After testing positive for cocaine in 2015, Leeper came to grips with his substance abuse issues, got the help he needed, and literally got back on track. He is now clean and sober and ready to shock the world in Rio.
