He has won the handcycle division of the Ironman Triathlon World Championship five times, but that is only a small part of the Carlos Moleda story. We chat about his life as a Navy SEAL, being pinned down with his platoon in Panama where a number of his closest friends died, and his promise to always face challenges head on and to live life as a SEAL in spite of being paralyzed from the waist down in the line of duty. This is a story of grit and determination and the never-say-die attitude that defines the man.
