Alex Zanardi won two CART titles back in 1997 and 1998, raced Formula 1 and then, after losing both legs in a horrific crash in 2001, came back to auto racing before getting into handcycling and winning two Paralympic gold medals in London. He also went to Kona and went 9:47 at the Ironman Triathlon World Championship. How cool to get to chat with the originator of post-victory donuts!
