Rick Simpson has been the swim coach at Villanova for 17 years, a three-time Big East coach of the year, and a two-time Ironman finisher. When one of his swimmers, Summer Cook, expressed interest in also running at Villanova, he encouraged her to do just that. Next up was triathlon and Summer Cook is now one of the best in the world.
