When Jan Frodeno was in San Diego for Ironman 70.3 Oceanside, he came to the Challenged Athletes Foundation headquarters for a Q&A with the Triathlon Club of San Diego. We began the event with a presentation of a racing chair to a young athlete with spina bifida who wants to race with his high school track team. Jan then settled down for an in-depth interview, covering everything from how he got started in the sport of triathlon, through his Olympic gold medal, and his back-to-back titles at the Ironman World Championship.
