A lot of people may not remember that the Olympic Gold and Silver medalist in the marathon, Frank Shorter, was also an accomplished duathlete and ended up beating John Howard in the Desert Princess Run/Bike/Run back in 1988. Frank came on to chat about the value of cross training.
