Clayton Treska was a 290 pound Marine when he was first diagnosed with testicular cancer. After getting a clean bill of health, he started training for triathlon before persistent back pain turned out to be a reoccurrence of his cancer, but this time the diagnosis was much worse: terminal. His journey from there to the Ironman, and then to his current work as an advocate to the cancer community is simply unbelievable.
