Craig Alexander is the three-time Ironman World Champion and the course record holder. It’s always a treat to get to chat with Crowie about the most important moments in his legendary career.

During our interview, we chatted about his daughter Lucy, who has become quite an accomplished swimmer and runner. “As a runner, I think Lucy has more natural talent than her dad,” says Crowie. “But she doesn’t have her dad’s work ethic that’s for sure. I took her training last night and I spied her halfway through the run session hiding behind a tree!”
