Long-time triathlon race director Bill Scott is creating an 1,100 acre Disneyland for Endurance Athletes in North Carolina called TriHabitat. Imagine a 25 acre lake, a 14 mile bike course, running trails and paths, plus lodging and a conference center. The best thing? Since they will own the land, there will be no need for police, permits, or 6:45 am start times on race day. For more information check out the video on trihabitat.com.
