Broc Glover is one of the true legends of motocross and one of the first motocross stars to ride and run for fitness and to race duathlons. Broc came on to chat about his Hall of Fame career and how important running and cycling were to keeping him on top of his game.

I was there during that era. Such a wonderful time. Just like Jim Felt, David and Johnny pulled me into the endurance sport life – triathlon, ultrarunning, cycling, etc. Now 32+ years later I’m still in it, slower but always fun. I remember being in the pay room at Seattle for the Wrangler Dash. I was giving Broc his $25,000 check (I think that was the amount) for winning. He chewed my butt because Ross Pederson cut him off in the first turn. I still think that was funny.
