Dale Duggar is a long-time listener to our show. He told me during our radio chat that every Sunday night for the past nine years he would listen to the show and then head home inspired to start training and lose weight starting on Monday morning. But then he would never follow through and his weight ballooned up to 215 pounds. He emailed me a few weeks ago about his desire to get back into shape and, after discussing the idea with Dr. David Clayton, we came up with a plan to help Dale eat better and get fitter than ever before. Dale joined us on the show two weeks after starting Dr. Clayton’s nutrition and workout program to share his story.
