Daniela Ryf is a two-time Olympian who in 2014 won the Ironman 70.3 Championship and took second in Kona. Undefeated in 2015, she is the woman to beat at Ironman Frankfurt. I chatted with her while she was actually driving the bike course to get a feel for how technical it is.
