He is hoping to take a full year and run a marathon in every country of the world, a number at this point in time that stands at 204. Dean Karnazes left his corporate job not long after his 30th birthday to follow his heart, and the man who ran 50 marathons in 50 days in 50 states back in 2006 has never looked back.
