It was October of 2011. Chef and outdoorsman Eduardo Garcia was out in the woods when he spotted a bear carcass. Little did he know that the bear was lying on top of a power line. When Garcia poked the carcass with his knife, 2,400 volts shot through his body and his life was changed forever.
