Jim O’Hara is one of the premiere running coaches in Southern California and he came on to chat about the best ways to have success with your running. One great idea? Rather than scheduling a 50 minute run for yourself, schedule a 40 minute run but also schedule in 10 minutes for your post-run stretch.
Another topic of conversation was the California 10/20 event – 10 miles/20 bands – coming up on Sunday February 15th which features a coastal course that takes runners from the Del Mar Fairgrounds to Cardiff and back, with an epic post-race concert.
