Karen Smyers is one of the few triathletes in history to win both the ITU World Championship at the Olympic distance and win the Ironman World Championship. Karen joined us in Boston to talk about her incredible career. She took us through her memorable Ironman World Championship win in 1995. Karen also shared some great stories about her early days racing at the Olympic distance.
