From our 2015 Edition of Breakfast with Bob from Kona: Our interview with 6-time World Champion Mark Allen

For this interview, I wanted to focus on what could be considered Mark’s greatest performance at the Ironman World Championship: his final race there in 1995, when he overcame a 13-minute deficit at the end of the bike to win his 6th title. I’ve interviewed Mark more times than I can count, and I have to say, this was one of my favorite interviews ever with The Grip.
