Mirinda Carfrae has won the Ironman World Championship three times, and would have loved to have added number four yesterday. Despite that not being in the cards, she felt proud of her race, and went over her day with us, including how she handled some cramping on the bike and fought through her way to second place. Mirinda has never been off the podium here in Kona, a pretty incredible record.
