Rachel Klamer just took tenth in Rio in her second Olympic Games and Richard Murray is coming off a fourth place in Rio. We chatted about the Olympics, about how tough the competition has become on the ITU circuit and about trying to get used to riding a time trial bike here at the Island House race. Richard took third here last year and, after day one, is in second. Rachel, who borrowed a time trial bike for Island House, was fifth last year and is in eighth after day one.
