Sarah Reinertsen is a single above knee amputee who missed the bike cutoff time in Kona in 2004, but came back in 2005 to make all of the cutoffs and become the only single above knee amputee woman to finish the race. Now, 13 years later, she is hoping to see if she can once again finish the toughest day in sport. Sarah Reinertsen has always led by example to show other adults and kids facing challenges that they can accomplish absolutely anything they set their mind to.
