Ultrarunning legend Scott Jurek is the seven-time winner of the Western States 100, the two-time winner of The Badwater Ultramarathon and a New York Times Best Selling author. Scott sat down with me for a chat reflecting on his incredible career, how ultrarunning has evolved over the years, and all the ways ultrarunning is helping to bring people together and spread positivity. We also talked about Scott’s experience running the Appalachian Trail, which he wrote about in his book, North.
