The day after winning Ironman 70.3 Oceanside, Lionel Sanders joined us at The Challenged Athletes Foundation headquarters for a Q&A with the Tri Club of San Diego. In this far-ranging interview Lionel takes us through his darkest days and talks about how triathlon changed his life.
