We can’t all be together in Kona this year for Ironman Week, but we can still bring you Breakfast with Bob Kona Edition, just virtually this year. Enjoy the interviews for Day 9.
Terenzo Bozzone
Terenzo Bozzone took sixth in Kona in 2017, his best finish ever on The Big Island, and followed that up by setting the course record at Ironman New Zealand in the spring of 2018. That record now belongs to Joe Skipper and Terenzo is on the comeback trail after getting hit by a truck while out cycling in 2018 and then following that up with his second Achilles tendon surgery in 2019.
Erin Baker and Scott Molina
Erin Baker and Scott Molina are two of the most decorated triathletes of all time and in 2018 they were inducted into the Ironman Hall of Fame together. In this wide-ranging chat we go through their awesome careers.
Cam Brown and Rod Dixon
Two Kiwi Legends…one awesome conversation. Getting to chat with twelve-time Ironman New Zealand Champion Cam Brown along with the 1972 1,500 meter Olympic Bronze Medalist and the winner of the 1983 New York City Marathon – Rod Dixon, was pretty damn amazing. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!
Meredith Kessler
Meredith Kessler is going to be 42 years old in June, but you can tell from this conversation that her love of triathlon, even after 69 Ironman finishes and 11 wins, burns brighter than ever.
